“Final Bid For Freedom” Auction Program
In April 2024, RVHR attended its first horse auction sale, rescuing eight horses from the stockyard in New Holland, Pennsylvania.
Out of these eight horses, five have found new homes, one remains at RVHR, and two were humanely euthanised. Recognising the significant need to help horses at risk of slaughter, we launched our “Final Bid For Freedom” Auction Program.
