History Rocky came to RVHR by Berkley County WVA Animal Control. He and his 2 year old Brother Junior were release by their past owner to AC due to on going neglect of the animals in the owners care.
Updates
[4/12/07] - Rocky's weight continues to improve each week. He now has been moved in with other younger horses. He is very active now running and playing with the other youngsters here at RVHR. At this time RVHR is still unable to gelding him due to his body condition. Once his body improves he will be gelded.
Rocky at this time is still building much needed weight. He is now up to date on all RVHR required shots and Coggins.
He is being de-wormed each month.
Abilities
After only a few weeks here with the staff at RVHR he has learned how to lead, stand for the Farrier and just enjoy having someone touch him.
